Background

I grew up in the beautiful great lakes city of Buffalo, NY. After completing my B.S. in Creative Advertising at Syracuse University, I did a quick stint in New York City before moving west in 2014. I spent 7 years in Berkeley, CA where I ran youth leadership programs through URJ Camp Newman, worked as a producer of large scale events, and spent 3.5 years running The Port Workspaces, a community coworking space in Oakland, CA. During that time I also trained as a yoga teacher and completed my Certificate in Social Innovation Design at University of Pennsylvania. As our world changed in 2020, I shifted to working with the Scaling Intimacy School of Experience Design, helping experience designers to build transformative virtual experiences. In January 2022, I moved to Portland, OR and have been enjoying building my life in the Pacific Northwest.
